GPS in the Italian country side is unreliable so we highly recommend you to type in "Montefioralle" and once you arrive in Montefioralle, you will come to a 3-minutes traffic light. When the traffic light turns green, drive 300 metres around the village. The first stone building to the left, at number 38, is the house.
 

If you are driving south from Milano or Bologna on the A-1 autostrada, take the FIRENZE SUD exit. As you leave the toll station, take a right turn, following the signs to Greve and Siena on SS 222. About 22 km from the toll station, you'll arrive in Greve. A little way past the first traffic light, just before the Esso gas station, take the first right turn, following the signs to Montefioralle. Continue up the hill until you arrive in Piazza S. Stefano just outside the village walls. There’s a 3-minute traffic light for the one-lane road around the village to the left. Follow that road going down for 300 metres, Le Fate is the first house on your left (number 38) as you exit the one-lane section of the road (it's the house next to the traffic light).   

If you are driving north on the A-1 from Roma, you may also take the Firenze Sud exit and follow the above directions. Or you can take the VALDICHIANA-SINALUNGA exit from the A-1 and follow the superstrada (SS 326) to Siena where you'll find SS 222 heading north to Castellina, Panzano and then Greve. Here, just past the second traffic light take the first street on your left after the Esso gas station, with signs pointing to Montefioralle. Continue up the hill until you arrive in Piazza S. Stefano just outside the village walls. There’s a 3-minute traffic light for the one-lane road around the village to the left. Follow that road going down for 300 metres, Le Fate is the first house on your left (number 38) as you exit the one-lane section of the road (it's the house next to the traffic light).

If you are driving east from Pisa on the A11 autostrada or the FI-PI-LI superstrada, you'll come to the A1 autostrada outside of Firenze. Follow signs for A1 Roma, and once on the A1, take the FIRENZE SUD exit. Then follow directions given to drivers from Milano or Bologna.
