Cooking lessons with Stefania are a fun, hands-on experience, leaving you with the skills and knowledge to prepare the meal on your own.


Stefania believes that food reveals a lot about the land from whence it comes and vice-versa. You cannot really understand one without the other. That is why she likes to start her classes with visits to local food markets, butchers, private green gardens and artisan shops. The hands-on cooking lesson follows, teaching you how to prepare an entire meal from antipasto to dolce, ending around an elegantly decorated table, enjoying the meal you just created.


Personal attention, spontaneity and improvisation are important ingredients in Stefania’s kitchen because these are basic ingredients to the pleasure of cooking together. Therefore we keep the classes small. Menus are inspired by the season, the markets and what you’d like to prepare. One-day courses are available, as well as two-and three-day courses, tailored to your wishes.
